STEP 1: DEPOSIT
A $500 deposit is required for reserving your puppy. Please contact us before placing your deposit to ensure that the puppy is still available. Once you contact us and speak for a puppy, the puppy is placed on hold pending deposit for 24 hours. If a deposit is not received within 24 hours, the hold will be removed and the puppy will become available again. Deposits are received through PayPal or Venmo. Once your deposit is received, your puppy is reserved. This deposit will be applied towards the purchase price of your puppy.
STEP 2: INFORMATION
Once you have placed your deposit and reserved your puppy, we will request information including your name, address, email, and phone number, which are required for our AKC litter records.
We will also arrange pickup or shipping details. You are welcome to visit our ranch to pick up your puppy. We also offer delivery to select locations for no extra charge. We will ship throughout the US for an additional fee. Once your deposit is received, you will receive more information on pickup, delivery, and shipping options.
STEP 3: NEW PUPPY
The remainder of the purchase price, including shipping fees if applicable, is due before you pick up your puppy, or 48 hours before the puppy’s flight.
You will receive a folder with paperwork including your puppy’s vaccination record, litter information, registration papers, dam and sire pedigrees, genetic test results, and a one-year health guarantee. You will also receive a small bag of the puppy’s food to help transition your puppy to your choice of food.
